Duties: Corporate Sales Executive (B2b) Will Lead Sales Of Packaging Materials And Solutions For The Flower Sector In Kenya. The Role Focuses On Revenue Growth, Market Expansion, Key Account Management, And Team Leadership While Delivering Exceptional Customer Service To Flower Farms, Exporters, Cooperatives, And Allied Agribusinesses By Performing The Following Responsibilities: -
Revenue Generation & Sales Growth: Achieve And Exceed Assigned Sales Targets And Revenue Objectives. Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans Aligned With Company Goals. Identify New Sales Opportunities Within The Floriculture And Export Market. Drive Sales Of Value-Added And Customized Packaging Solutions.
Market Expansion & Business Development: Expand Market Presence Across Key Flower-Growing Regions In Kenya. Identify And Onboard New Flower Farms, Exporters, And Agribusiness Clients. Monitor Competitor Activity, Pricing Trends, And Market Dynamics. Represent The Company At Industry Events, Trade Fairs, And Client Forums.
Key Account & Customer Relationship Management: Build Long-Term Relationships With Key Corporate Clients And Decision-Makers. Understand Customer Packaging Needs And Recommend Suitable Solutions. Negotiate Contracts, Pricing, And Supply Agreements.
Ensure Timely Resolution Of Customer Issues And Complaints People Management & Leadership: Mentor, Coach, And Support Junior Sales Staff. Coordinate With Internal Teams (Production, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service). Support Performance Management And Sales Capability Development.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare Accurate Sales Forecasts, Pipeline Reports, And Market Intelligence. Provide Management With Insights On Growth Opportunities And Risks.
