Role Overview
Unique Furniture is seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate and institutional sales portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring and managing key corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and positioning Unique Furniture as a preferred partner for office, hospitality, real estate, and institutional furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
● Identify, pursue, and close corporate, B2B, and institutional sales opportunities.
● Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients, property developers, hotels, offices, and government or NGO institutions.
● Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
● Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts while maintaining healthy margins.
● Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
● Manage and grow existing corporate accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate forecasts to management.
● Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and
customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Experience handling corporate clients, tenders, and large-value contracts.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
●
Strong understanding of the Nairobi corporate market.
