Salary: Kshs. 300,000 - 400,000 Plus Company Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop And Implement Strategic Sales Plans To Achieve Company Revenue Targets And Market Expansion Goals.
- Lead, Mentor, And Motivate The Corporate Sales Team To Improve Performance, Productivity, And Customer Engagement.
- Identify New Business Opportunities And Build Long-Term Relationships With Corporate Clients And Key Stakeholders.
- Manage The Full Sales Cycle From Prospecting And Proposal Development To Negotiation And Closing Deals.
- Collaborate With Internal Departments (Technical, Operations, And Customer Support) To Ensure Successful Solution Delivery And Client Satisfaction.
