Experience: 

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Relevant Working Experience In Corporate Sales Within A Similar Or Related Industry (It Solutions, Office Equipment, Office Furniture, Automation Systems, Power Solutions, Or Related Sectors). 
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing High-Performing Sales Teams.

Salary:  Kshs. 300,000 - 400,000 Plus Company Benefits

 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop And Implement Strategic Sales Plans To Achieve Company Revenue Targets And Market Expansion Goals. 
  • Lead, Mentor, And Motivate The Corporate Sales Team To Improve Performance, Productivity, And Customer Engagement. 
  • Identify New Business Opportunities And Build Long-Term Relationships With Corporate Clients And Key Stakeholders. 
  • Manage The Full Sales Cycle From Prospecting And Proposal Development To Negotiation And Closing Deals. 
  • Collaborate With Internal Departments (Technical, Operations, And Customer Support) To Ensure Successful Solution Delivery And Client Satisfaction. 
  • Monitor Market Trends, Competitor Activities, And Customer Needs To Adjust Sales Strategies Accordingly. 
  • Prepare Regular Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Performance Analysis For Senior Management. 
  • Ensure The Sales Team Follows Best Practices, Company Policies, And Professional Standards When Dealing With Clients. 
  • Setting Individual Sales Targets Of The Sales Team. 
  • Training And Mentoring Sales Representatives And Managers, Enhancing Their Skills And Performance. 
  • Collaborating With Marketing And Product Development Teams To Ensure Sales Increase. 
  • Negotiating Contracts And Agreements To Maximize Profit. 
  • Help Team Who Are Facing Challenges With Their Targets By Giving Advice And Looking At Possible Solutions. 
  • Manage Clients’ Problems Or Concerns. 
  • Attend Conferences And Meetings To Network And Promote The Company Products
