Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Compute accurate product costs and update them in the system within one day of receiving stocks and other cost elements.
- Compute accurate landed costs on imports and update them in the system within one day of receiving stocks and other cost elements.
- Analyze monthly production variances at month-end.
- Perform weekly analysis of abnormal job yields and provide explanations.
- Advise the the CA and GM on budget discrepancies versus actuals every week.
- Complete project appraisals within set deadlines.
- Generate accurate purchase commitment reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory balances.
- Prepare the cost of sales budget according to set deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and or CPA
- Proven experience in cost accounting and inventory management a must.
- Experience in a manufacturing setup a must.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
