Credit Control Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Credit Controller to oversee collections, assess client creditworthiness, maintain accurate credit records, follow up on overdue payments, resolve disputes, prepare reports, collaborate across departments, and enhance credit control processes to support healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Evaluating new and existing clients’ creditworthiness using internal and external data sources.
- Setting up and maintaining accurate customer credit files and payment terms.
- Following up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Resolving payment disputes and escalating problematic accounts as necessary.
- Preparing regular aging reports and providing updates to management on collection status.
- Collaborating with the sales and legal teams to resolve billing issues and enforce credit policies.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to credit control procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
