Skills and Qualifications:
•  Diploma/Bachelor in finance related course
•  Previous experience in credit control/debt collection
•  Previous experience in a learning institution is an added advantage
Key responsibilities;
•  Overseeing collection of all debts owed to the company from existing debtors’ portfoliosÂ
•  Ensure that debt levels do not surpass the minimum threshold.
•  Liaise closely with the accounts department to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control services.
•  Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth collection of debts
