1. Drive loan book growth by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding quality clients within the assigned territory.

2. Achieve monthly disbursement targets while maintaining credit discipline through proper financial assessment, due diligence, and adherence to internal credit policy.

3. Proactively manage the loan book, maintain healthy PAR levels, and execute structured and timely collections.

4. Build professional, long-term client relationships by providing clear loan guidance and promoting repeat borrowing from quality clients.
