What You Will Be Doing

• Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
• Facilitating immediate-response intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
• Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address particular challenges
• Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

• Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentation decks without direct connection to measurable results
• Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach

Curriculum Specialist Key Responsibilities
Advance student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in data science or comparable role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
• Competency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
• High emotional intelligence, effective communication abilities and a child-friendly coaching approach
• Experience constructing workflows and automations with AI
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented success enhancing outcomes through data-driven approaches
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and fundamental coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
