Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear and accurate customer records using mobile-based systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
• Uphold company service standards and customer experience guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer care or customer service role
• Must own and be proficient in using a smartphone (WhatsApp, email, basic apps)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Added Advantage
• Experience in call centers, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work flexible hours if required
