JOB SUMMARY
Carry out all all branch operations – stock taking, record keeping etc.Manage branch margins and costs through proper procedures.Achieve revenue targets.Handle customer complaints and ensure branch NPS score is achieved.Follow all food health and safety practices.Represent assigned units in meetings.Adhere to company policies.Ensure the unit is well stocked to par level and any other order is placed with the right supplier.Ensure safe custody of all branch property and assets.Upholds working ethics and ensures the same is maintained.Manage branch float and revenue.Manage Food Safety standards as per the set company KPIs.Carry out tasks as may be assigned by Superiors.Ensure cleanliness of the branch.Minimum Qualification:Experience Length: 1 YearsLocation: MOMBASA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.Handling customer interactions at various levels of customer touch pointsConsistently follows the set Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps) during productionAdvice the Barista in charge on stock levelsMaintains a clean, tidy and working counter at all timesAssists the barista in charge in running the barista counterDoing the daily stock take of counter products at the end of the shiftCollaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experienceEnsuring sufficient supply of products for sale in the counter by doing sufficient back upEnsuring all take-away and eat in orders are dispensed promptly according to the order docketArranging the pastry case and ensuring that it is always cleanReconfirming of orders done on VukaControlling of wastagesEnsuring there is enough change at all timesMaintaining shift float money and ensuring no shortagesTimely closure of counter variancesTaking care of counter machinesEnsure countable daily stock are done correctlyCarry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors
