Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and computer-literate individual with strong online marketing skills to join our team as a Customer Service / Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for students and clients, manage inquiries and registrations, and actively support our online marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients and students at the reception.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Manage student registrations and maintain accurate records.
• Provide information about courses, schedules, and services.
• Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including social media content, promotions, and engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma/certificate in a relevant field.
• Strong computer literacy and online marketing skills (social media, content creation, basic digital campaigns).
• Excellent customer service and people relations skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
