JOB SUMMARY
The job role of Customer Service Representative is to respond to customer inquiry and providing effective and satisfactory feedback.Fluent spekaing in Luganda is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls for the customer contact center2. Interacting with customer on behalf of the company through phone calls andemail3. Using telephone to reaching out to customer s and verify account information.4. Providing accurate and timely information about company products and services5. Resolving customer complaints via phone, email or social media6. Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchange of items.7. Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions;suggesting information about alternative products and services.8. Opening customer accounts by recording account information and maintaining up to date customer records9. Making timely calls to customer to inform of any response from insurance company10. Interacting with branches to give feedback from respective clients and any referrals11. Making follow-up calls to update on services or other resolutions offered12. Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
