Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate service requests with technical teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
