The primary role of the Data Entry Inten is to capture and enter sales and related data into the ERP system accurately and timely. This role requires attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and proactive communication across departments.

Job descriptions & requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry & Management:

  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields in Tally ERP and other software systems

  • Feed GRN (Goods Received Note) data into the ERP

  • Update product prices in the system and related broadcast platforms

  • Add new contacts to the system and broadcast lists

Order & Sales Processing:

  • Prepare and process sales orders

  • Follow up on processed sales orders to ensure timely dispatch

  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice records

Verification & Quality Control:

  • Cross-check purchases against LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)

  • Perform price comparisons between supplier prices and order prices

  • Monitor and verify weight updates on items

  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods

Reporting & Administrative Support:

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as needed

  • Manage and organize records and files

  • Perform related administrative tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents

  • Provide general data entry support to various departments on an ad-hoc basisManaging and maintaining the company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network

  • Providing IT support to internal staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system stability and security

  • All data entry needed by any departments

  • All phone related issues

  • Organizing phone contacts
