- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in branch or field debt collection.
- Proven ability to recover delinquent accounts and negotiate repayments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards collection targets and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage delinquent loan accounts within the assigned branch.
- Execute timely debt collection and recovery activities. Reduce overdue balances and prevent accounts from falling into arrears.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Achieve branch portfolio-at-risk (PAR) and arrears reduction targets.
