RESPONSIBILITIES

Your RoleAs a Delivery Driver, you will:• Safely deliver eggs and eggproducts to customers across assigned routes.• Ensure timely, accuratedeliveries.• Protect fragile products andminimise breakages.• Represent Isinya Eggsprofessionally at every customer touchpoint.• Maintain high vehicle care andcompliance standards. Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation & Delivery• Operate company vehicles safelyin compliance with NTSA regulations and the Kenya Traffic Act.• Follow assigned routes anddelivery schedules.• Ensure 100% delivery accuracy.• Obtain signed Proof of Delivery(POD).Product Handling• Handle eggs carefully to minimiselosses (target breakage ≤ 2%).• Verify quantities at dispatch anddelivery.• Ensure proper stacking and loadsecurity.Vehicle Care• Conduct daily vehicle checks.• Monitor fuel usage.• Report mechanical issuesimmediately.• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.Safety & ComplianceYou must maintain:• Valid Kenyan E-CombinationDriving Licence.• Clean driving record.• Valid Certificate of GoodConduct.• Valid National ID.• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate(where required).• Compliance with NTSA and companysafety policies.Minimum Requirements• KCSE Certificate (minimum D+preferred).• Minimum 3 years’ commercialdriving experience (FMCG/logistics preferred).• Strong knowledge of Kenyan roadnetworks.• High integrity andaccountability.• Ability to lift and handle eggtrays.• Willingness to work earlymornings and Saturdays where required. Why Join Isinya Eggs?• Be part of a forward-looking,growing Kenyan agribusiness.• Contribute directly to foodsecurity and national nutrition.• Join a structured fleet operationwith performance standards.• Opportunity for career growthinto Senior Driver, Route Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, or LogisticsSupervisor.At Isinya Eggs, we believe ingrowing people as we grow the business.
