JOB SUMMARY
Candidate ProfileSignificant field experience in multiple humanitarian crisesExpertise in disaster risk reduction and child protection in emergenciesProven engagement with humanitarian coordination systems at all levelsSkilled in training, facilitation, project management, negotiation, and influencing.Prior experience working in the Middle East. Fluent in English; French, Spanish and Arabic highly desirableWillingness to travel extensively to high-risk areas, often at short notice
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead emergency response operations during humanitarian crisesOversee delivery of high-quality programs and manage humanitarian fundingProvide leadership to teams including technical specialists, finance, HR, logistics, media, and policy staffShape and implement emergency response strategies
