RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the global deployment tracker and request systemCoordinate the end‑to‑end deployment process — from request to closureArrange travel, accommodation and required documentationMaintain accurate, real‑time deployment and travel recordsProvide onboarding materials and ensure all mandatory training is completedSupport roster recruitment, shortlisting, and screeningMonitor roster availability and proactively identify suitable candidatesOversee recharge processes, deployment costing and monthly financial trackingImplement and maintain scheduling systems and standardised templatesCollate and analyse travel data to support planning and workload managementEnsure full compliance with Safeguarding, Gender Equality and Inclusion policies
