Job descriptions & requirements

Join Devki Group of Companies: VVIP Private Jet Flight Attendant – Based in Nairobi!
Devki Group of Companies is expanding its private aviation team, and we are looking for three exceptional, experienced Flight Attendants to deliver world-class VVIP service on our international private flights. Based in Nairobi, this role is for hospitality professionals who understand that discretion, attention to detail, and genuine warmth are what set luxury service apart. If you have a proven background in private aviation or premium commercial service, and you're ready to work with high-profile passengers in an exclusive environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing?
As a Private Jet Flight Attendant with Devki Group, you'll be the sole face of onboard hospitality for our distinguished guests. Every detail matters—from personalized meal service and cabin presentation to anticipating needs before they're expressed. You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where professionalism, calm under pressure, and absolute confidentiality are non-negotiable. These are international flights, so your ability to adapt to different cultures, time zones, and passenger expectations will be key.

What We're Looking For?
Requirements
We're seeking candidates who don't just meet the requirements but embody the standards of VVIP service. To be considered, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as Cabin Crew, with a strong preference for those coming from private aviation. Exceptional commercial airline senior crew will also be considered.
  • A valid Cabin Crew License or Attestation, plus all relevant safety training certifications (current and verifiable).
  • A valid passport with full freedom to travel internationally—no restrictions.
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, ideally with direct exposure to high-profile or VVIP clientele.
  • A polished, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A deep understanding of premium passenger service, from fine dining presentation to managing special requests with grace.
  • The ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.

Why Join Devki Group?
This isn't a routine airline role. You'll be part of a prestigious Kenyan-based group known for excellence across industries. You'll work on a smaller, more intimate team where your skills are seen and valued. And you'll travel to international destinations while delivering a level of service that very few cabin crew ever get to experience.
