Job Description

Job Title: Digital Content Creator & Social Media Assistant

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: KES 40,000 – KES 60,000 / month (Based on experience and skill levels)


Job Responsibilities:


* Visual Production: Shoot, edit, and produce clear, engaging promotional images and short videos for our product catalogue.

* Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), including posting content and tracking basic engagement.

* Tech Adaptability: Show high enthusiasm and fast learning ability to adopt AI-driven video/image tools provided by the company to boost daily work efficiency.

* Asset Management: Organise digital media files and maintain the production equipment provided by the company.


Requirements:


* Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in basic photography, video shooting, and editing (a portfolio of previous product videos or photos is mandatory).

* Computer Literacy: Good computer knowledge and familiarity with common editing software/apps (such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere).

* High Learning Agility: No prior professional AI experience is required, but you must have a strong interest in technology and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

* Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and written English and Kiswahili to communicate product features clearly.
