DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Campaigns:
· Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
· Develop online strategies to increase traffic, improve engagement, and generate leads.
· Collaborate with management to align digital campaigns with business goals and marketing objectives.
Content Creation & Management:
· Produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, blogs) tailored to target audiences.
· Maintain and grow social media presence across all platforms.
· Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely publication.
Analytics & Reporting:
· Monitor, track, and report on key digital marketing metrics using analytics tools.
· Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to optimize ROI.
SEO & Online Visibility:
· Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
· Support website and landing page optimization to drive organic traffic.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
· Work closely with the creative, sales, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
· Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
· Provide mentorship or guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
· Strong social media marketing skills with proven results
· Experience in content creation (text, graphics, and video)
· Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
