The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on lead generation and sales support. The role is primarily geared towards generating qualified leads for the sales team, strengthening brand visibility, driving engagement, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital presence aligned with the company’s business objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and manage a detailed content calendar for all digital platforms.
- Align digital campaigns with sales, property listings, activations, and company events.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels, stories).
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate content needs with internal teams (sales, operations, management).
- Manage photo/video shoots when required.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage all company social media accounts.
- Monitor, respond to, and follow up on comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Escalate leads, inquiries, or sensitive issues to the Admin & Operations Officer or Sales Team.
- Build and maintain positive online community engagement.
Digital Campaigns & Paid Advertising (Lead Generation Focus)
- Plan and execute organic and paid digital campaigns with a primary objective of lead generation.
- Design and manage lead-focused campaigns for property listings, promotions, activations, and company offerings.
- Manage paid ads (where applicable) including budget tracking, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Generate, qualify, and submit digital leads to the sales team in a timely and structured manner.
- Track conversions, cost per lead, and campaign ROI, and work closely with the sales team on lead follow-up and feedback.
Influencer & Partner Coordination
- Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations and digital partnerships.
- Manage deliverables, timelines, and performance of collaborations.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance across digital platforms.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, leads, and insights.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data.
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative digital marketing ideas.
Brand & Website Support
- Support website content updates, SEO basics, and landing page optimization (where applicable).
- Ensure al digital touchpoints reflect current offerings and branding.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (in-house preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
- Basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and SEO.
