DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Support brand visibility and lead generation through online channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve results

Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with brand identity
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely manner
  • Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement

Content Creation
  • Develop creative content including posts, graphics, captions, and short videos
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and objectives

Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads where applicable)
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and engagement metrics

Brand Growth & Online Engagement
  • Identify digital trends and opportunities for brand growth
  • Engage with online communities to enhance brand visibility
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and events

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer
  • Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Proven track record of managing digital campaigns
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
  • Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is an added advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, insights dashboards)
