JOB SUMMARY

About the Employer:A leading tile and surface solutions company is seeking to strengthen its digital presence and attract more retail, corporate, and contractor clients. The company offers a wide range of wall and floor tiles, cladding, mosaics, and related interior finishing products.Role Purpose:The Digital Marketer will lead the organization’s online visibility, promote product offerings, and drive direct enquiries and sales. The role involves developing digital strategies, managing social platforms, optimizing the website, and running targeted campaigns to attract contractors, interior designers, architects, and retail customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging photos, videos, copy, design inspiration posts, and storytelling highlighting tile collections and interior trends.• Create platform-specific content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and short product demos.• Maintain and update the website to ensure strong SEO performance and lead conversions.• Ensure digital product catalogues, pricing, and collections are continuously updated and visually appealing.• Run targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive product enquiries and sales.• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate insights for optimization.• Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure marketing content aligns with product availability, promotions, and customer needs.• Support showroom promotions, new product launches, and in-store marketing with digital amplification.• Manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and maintaining a positive digital footprint.• Prepare regular reports on digital performance, online reach, and conversion metrics.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, construction, or interior design sectors.• Strong understanding of digital channels: social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO software, and CMS platforms.• Excellent writing and content creation skills; ability to craft engaging visuals and copy.• Strong aesthetic and visual design sense, especially in interior or lifestyle-related content.• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.• Strong communication, creativity, and project management abilities.Added Advantage:• Experience marketing construction materials, tiles, or interior design products.• Understanding of contractor, architect, and retail customer behaviour.• Ability to coordinate photography/videography for marketing campaigns.• Familiarity with CRM or email automation tools.Key Outcomes:• Increased product enquiries and sales.• Improved online visibility and engagement.• Strong brand positioning in the regional tile and interior surfaces market.• Growth in B2B and B2C client base.• Improved quality and conversion of digital-generated leads.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their CV
