JOB SUMMARY

Elimutab is an education technology company transforminglearning through safe, engaging digital solutions for schools and families. Weare looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer who can take ownership ofour online growth from ads to funnels to conversions.This is a results-driven role, ideal for someone whocan plan, execute, test, and improve digital campaigns independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant platformsManage and continuously improve the company website and landing pages (WordPress or similar) to drive conversionsExecute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated lead-nurturing flowsManage social media platforms (content scheduling, engagement, growth, and campaign execution)Build and optimize marketing funnels from ads to lead capture and follow-upTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and insightsSet up and manage analytics, pixels, and conversion trackingSupport lead generation, brand visibility, and sales growth through digital channelsCollaborate with internal teams and partners/resellers on digital campaigns and contentRequirementsProven experience in digital marketing with measurable resultsStrong skills in media buying and ad optimization (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Experience managing websites and landing pages (WordPress or similar)Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and automationGood understanding of social media platforms and content strategyAbility to analyze data and make decisions based on insightsSelf-driven, organized, and able to work independentlyAdded AdvantageFamiliarity with CRM or lead management toolsBasic design skills (Canva or similar)Experience marketing education, technology, or B2B/B2C products

REQUIRED SKILLS

Sales performance tracking and reporting, Digital content development and editing (social media, blogs, etc.), Social media marketing

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
