Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Social Media Management: Planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms like , Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Content Creation & SEO: Drafting blog posts, creating website content, and performing keyword research to boost on-page SEO.
- Email & Campaign Support: Developing and tracking email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring website and social media analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and tracking key metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining databases, updating spreadsheets, managing marketing assets, and preparing reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with graphic designers, external suppliers, or internal teams for campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Tools & Technical Knowledge: Experience with ecommerce sites such as shopify , Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop),canva and social media analytics.
- Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management.
- Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing, administration, or social media management is often preferred.
- Knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
- Understanding of basic SEO, SEM, and PPC concepts.
