Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn,  and other digital platforms. 

• Capture high-quality photos and videos, including treatments, behind-the-scenes content, staff  features, and client journeys. 

• Edit videos, reels, and promotional materials for social media campaigns and advertisements.

• Develop content calendars and creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives. 

• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ideas to increase engagement and  brand awareness. 

• Support paid advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing activities. 

• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to promote new services, events, and educational programs.

Requirements 

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content  creation. 

• Proven experience capturing content using smartphones and/or professional cameras. 

• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools. 

• Basic photography and graphic design skills are highly desirable. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Creative, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented. 

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute fresh ideas. 

• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industry is an added advantage  but not required.
