Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Content Creation & Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit product-focused videos that drive engagement across social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop story-driven, visually consistent content that highlights product benefits, use cases, and customer value.
  • Create and execute digital content plans that blend video, graphics, and copy to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Optimize all content for each platform (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to maximize reach and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals and brand identity.
4. Social Media & Online Presence
  • Manage official pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Post and schedule regular updates, including short-form videos and interactive media.
  • Engage with audiences professionally and track performance metrics.
2. Website Management
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure fresh, accurate, and optimized content.
  • Work with website developers to enhance user experience, SEO, and lead conversion.
3. AI & Automation Tools
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot) for faster content creation, analytics, and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Film/Media Production, IT, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven skills in video shooting, editing, production and graphics design.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results, with a portfolio of previous projects (including videos and artworks) attached.
  • Demonstrates strong video editing and graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
  • Creative mindset with a strong grasp of visual storytelling and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
