The Digital Marketing Intern will support ILISAH’s online presence, content creation, and growth efforts across social media, website, and B2B channels. Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in managing ILISAH’s platforms (Meta and LinkedIn)

  • Plan and schedule content

  • Engage with comments, messages, and community

2. Content Creation

  • Create and assist in developing:

    • Social media posts

    • Reels and short-form videos

    • Captions aligned with brand voice

  • Support content shoots (products, behind-the-scenes, pop-ups)

3. SEO & Blog Writing

  • Conduct basic keyword research

  • Write blog content aligned with ILISAH’s brand and products

  • Support website content updates

4. Paid Ads (Meta Ads)

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring Instagram and Facebook ads

  • Track performance and suggest improvements

5. E-commerce Support

  • Upload and update products on the website

  • Ensure product descriptions are optimized and accurate

  • Support online campaigns and promotions

6. B2B & Lead Support

  • Support outreach campaigns targeting:

    • Retailers

    • Stockists

    • Corporate clients

  • Assist in creating marketing materials for B2B opportunities


7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across:

    • Social media

    • Website traffic

    • Campaigns

  • Prepare simple weekly reports with insights and recommendations

Learning & Growth Opportunities

  • Hands-on experience in building a brand from the ground up

  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing

  • Training in SEO, content strategy, and paid ads

  • Opportunity to contribute ideas and lead small projects

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms

  • Good writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
