Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing Smart Legal Africa’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram).
- Create and schedule engaging posts to promote products, webinars, case studies, and company updates.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages where appropriate, and track social media performance metrics.
- Content Creation
- Support the creation of marketing content, including social media graphics, blog posts, newsletters, and short promotional videos.
- Assist in drafting captions, marketing copy, and promotional messages.
- Ensure content aligns with Smart Legal Africa’s brand voice and messaging.
Website & SEO Support
- Assist in updating website content, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Support SEO initiatives by researching keywords and optimising content for search engines.
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and digital advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Market Research
- Research legal technology trends, competitors, and potential client segments.
- Provide insights that support marketing strategy and content planning.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Creative, organised, and eager to learn.
