JOB SUMMARY
Optica is looking for an organized and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Officer to execute ourdaily digital operations. You will implement digital media calendars, make ad budgetchanges, and coordinate influencer activities across our different markets.Your primary goal is Operational Excellence: ensuring that every post is scheduledcorrectly, every ad dollar is tracked, and every influencer delivers on time. You are the"Traffic Controller" of our digital presence across the region.Requirements & Qualifications· Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and GoogleAds is mandtory. You must know how to set up an ad set, not just"boost" a post.· Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage content for multiple accounts or regionssimultaneously without making errors.· Organizational Skills: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and scheduling tools (e.g.,Zoho Social, Buffer, etc.).· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field(or equivalent certifications).
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management & Scheduling· Multi-Region Scheduling: Upload and schedule content weekly across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn,and TikTok for various country operations using our scheduling tools.· Localization Accuracy: Ensure the correct currency, branch locations, and contact detailsare used for each specific market’s posts, preventing cross-market confusion.· Calendar Maintenance: Collaborative maintenance of the content calendar, ensuring allassets (images/videos) are received from the creative team and uploaded well inadvance of the go-live date.2. Performance Marketing (Google & Social Ads)· Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and GoogleAds. This includes uploading creatives, writing ad copy, and managingaudience targeting settings.· Budget Setting &Monitoring: Work with your manager to allocatemonthly budgets per platform. You will be responsible for inputting thesebudgets into the ad platforms and tracking spend to ensure campaigns remainstrictly within the approved limits.· Keyword Maintenance: Regularly update Google Search keywords and negative keywords toensure our ads are showing up for the right search terms and maximizing ROI.3. Influencer Coordination· Scouting & Vetting: Research and identify potential influencers across our operatingregions who align with our brand values and campaign goals.· Outreach & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end relationship: sending briefs, negotiatingrates within budget, and coordinating product deliveries or site visits.· Compliance Tracking: Monitor influencer activity to ensure they post on the agreed datesand use the correct hashtags/links.4. Reporting & General Admin· Data Compilation: Compilation of performance data from all platforms into our masterreporting dashboard.· Market Trends: Keep an eye on digital trends in the different markets we operatein and suggest new content ideas or platforms to test. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· Schedule Accuracy: 100% of posts scheduled on time with zero localization errors(e.g., wrong currency for the region).· Influencer Compliance: 100% of contracted influencers deliver their content on the agreeddates, and hitting monthly influencer quota.· Budget Adherence: Ad spend remains strictly within the allocated budget limits.· Ad hoc tasks: Adherence to other tasks as per agreed roadmap and timelines.
