Chanteq Ltd is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute high-performing campaigns across digital channels. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and commercial teams to drive customer acquisition for our iPhone financing products, build merchant awareness, and grow our social media presence across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and local display channels.
Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce engaging visual graphics, short-form video scripts, and persuasive copy tailored to phone buyers and retail merchant partners
Lead Generation & Conversion: Run targeted performance marketing campaigns to generate inbound customer leads and drive foot traffic to partner merchant stores.
Brand & Social Community Management: Maintain active brand profiles, engage directly with customer inquiries on social channels, and manage online brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, click-through rates, and conversion metrics) to continuous optimize campaign performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech, consumer electronics, or fast-growing B2C brand environments.
Paid Ads Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise managing budgets and optimizing performance ads on Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Content Skills: Competency in graphics and video creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere).
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and pivot strategy based on results.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
