JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsUndergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related courses.Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®  and others).High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards.Ability to diagnose and solve problems.A team player with the ability to work well in a small dynamic digitalisation team.Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.Ability to cope with stressful situations.Solid communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support documentation of processes and requirements.Assist in preparing materials for meetings and sessions.Track actions, follow-up points, and project status updates.Assist in maintaining documentation, SOPs, and knowledge materials.Contribute to identifying and structuring improvement opportunities or quick wins.Support testing, issue tracking, and user feedback collection during implementations.Provide general project and coordination support to the digitalization team.Support data collection, validation, and basic analysis for digital initiatives.
