Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide. We promote and safeguard the interests of motorists through a broad range of services to include: roadside assistance; information and advise about the purchase, maintenance and repair of vehicles; negotiation of attractive insurance premiums.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, the DSR will be responsible for creating demand for AAK's products and services to potential customers and closing sales. Successful candidates will be on a monthly retainer plus performance commission.Minimum job requirements:• Diploma or Degree qualification in any business-related field• Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage• Sales and marketing experience is an added advantage.• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.• Self-driven with the ability to work independentlyKey Responsibilities• Promote and sell AA Kenya products and services.• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.• Meet and exceed sales targets.• Build and maintain customer relationships.• Support branch marketing activities.
