Location: Nairobi
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for receiving calls, dispatching and tracking vehicles. It also involves acting as the liaison between the drivers and clients to ensure that pick – ups and droppings are done on time
Key Responsibilities; % of Time
Control duties; 70%
• Ensuring that vehicles are dispatched on time
• Tracking the vehicles to avoid unnecessary movements
• Placement of future bookings
• Giving clear instructions to drivers on pick – up and dropping points
• Handling any complaints or request for information from clients/visitors
Administrative; 10%
• Receiving the incoming calls and responding to clients’ emails
Reporting; 20%
This position involves preparing the following reports:
• Dispatch Reports
• Vehicle allocation reports
• Job distribution reports
• Accident and Incident reports
• Vehicle positioning reports
• Performing any other duties assigned

Knowledge and Experience required for this Role
• Diploma Certificate in any relevant field
• 1 year working experience
• Ability to analyse and interpret geographical information will be an added advantage
• Basic tracking skills
• Proficient in computers
