JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsExperience in healthcare marketing and or care managementKRCHN/BSCN/HSM/Clinical officerStrong communication and networking soilsCRM & MS Office proficiencyKnowledge of hospital systems and medical terminology
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with admitting and referring doctorsSupport patient referral processes and inter-specialty coordinationAddress communication gaps and improve doctor satisfaction and retentionAct as the main contact person for physician support and concernsShare updates on new hospital technologies, equipment, and servicesCoordinate feedback from doctors and escalate concerns to managementWork closely with insurance and finance teams to ensure smooth pre-authorizations and paymentsMaintain accurate records of physician interactions in the CRM systemRepresent the hospital at networking events, seminars, and meetingsRequired
