ClensySoaps is a cosmetics and cleaning products small enterprise located in Donholm, Embakasi. Our mission is to make high-quality products affordable to every business and household in Kenya. We offer a range of products including multipurpose cleaner, toilet disinfectant, hand wash, body wash and shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner, and household bleach etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (outfield) role for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting potential customers within Nairobi and convincing them to purchase ClensySoaps products. The Sales Representative will also provide training and knowledge of the beauty industry, to the customer, as it relates to our products. The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager/person assigned and will work individually but also closely with the rest of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Tenacious Work Ethic (MAIN)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and cleaning products is a plus.
• Experience in pressure handling is a plus.
• Ability to learn about new products and adapt to changes quickly.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent education

Remuneration

• 17500KES plus 10% sales commission, re-evaluated monthly for valuable employees.
