Job Description/Requirements
Reports To: Fleet Manager
Department: Fleet
Location: Nairobi
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for chauffeuring the clients to and from different locations and maintaining the vehicle assigned. It will also involve proper maintenance of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities; % of Time
Chauffeuring services; 80%
• Chauffeuring clients from one location to another in a safe, timely and responsible manner
• Ensuring adherence to the traffic rules
• Reporting any incidents or accidents to the relevant authorities
• Maintaining strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during chauffeuring assignments
Vehicle maintenance; 10%
• Maintenance of the company vehicles by ensuring that they are free from damage and are consistently kept clean and presentable at all times
• Ensuring that the vehicles are well serviced and in good condition to perform duties satisfactorily by keeping tab of the service due dates and relaying the same to the Supervisor in good time
• Monitoring the vehicle insurance and parking tickets renewals
• Maintaining regular checks on the vehicles and reporting malfunctions to the Supervisor as soon as possible
• Delivering and collecting the vehicle from the garage when they are in need of repair
Marketing; 5%
• Marketing the company to the public by maintaining good public relations
Reporting; 5%
This position involves preparing the following reports:
• Voucher status reports
• Worksheets report
• Performing any other duties assigned

• O – Levels certificate
• A valid driver’s license
• PSV License
• A certificate of Good Conduct
• Over 5 years driving experience
