Dry Store Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●      Coordinate and provide leadership for the central store department

●      Ensure effective and efficient raw material/services are provided to the factory and other departments

●      Supervise staff and offer an oversight role including allocating responsibilities and KPIs are set and met

●      Ensure raw materials are procured efficiently and effectively in liaison with the Procurement Department

●      Entrench a culture of ownership, responsibility, and safe working among the team members.

●      Ensure audit compliance in respect of store management, stock management and movement.

●      Drive team performance through identification of training needs, development of training plans and on-job mentoring and coaching

●      Offer general administrative services to cover, among others management of equipment etc.

●      Receive feedback from stakeholders and monitor the quality of services for continuous improvement.

●      Work with the quality team on product quality check and releases.

●      Generate periodic, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual dry goods stores management reports.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain

●      CPA qualification will be an added advantage

Experience

●      At least 5 years’ experience in the company or FMCG
