Qualifications
✔ Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, IT, or related field
✔ 1–2 years experience in e-commerce or online sales
✔ Experience with online marketplaces and social media commerce
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong computer and Excel skills
