Responsibilities Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering teamIdentify and mitigate risks that could impact company success due to talent gapsMentor and develop top engineering talent to ensure the long-term success of the team and the companyMonitor and evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to team membersEnsure that engineering processes and practices are efficient, effective, and scalableBuild a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements that increase productivity and product qualityUphold and enforce standards to our codebases written in Javascript, typescript, python and SQLUnderstand the complexity of the Product through architectural reviewsWork closely with the team to review their code and provide constructive feedback on how to improve it.
