Job Summary
You have an all-round knowledge in Implementation and improvement of the Environmental & Social Management Systems, monitoring and reporting of E&S performance, and ability to conduct audits, inspections and follow ups to close identified risks.

Job Description/Requirements
You will identify applicable E&S training requirements and ensure training is undertaken, drive enforcement of EHS standards, ensure compliance from all stakeholders, and ensure significant environmental, social & legal risks are identified, correctly mitigated, and communicated to all affected personnel.
This role will be tough, demanding, and require a person who has experience in small hydro power projects in managing the Environment and Social aspects as well as knowledge in handling community engagements and land acquisitions. You should possess a Bachelor’s in Environment Engineering or Environment Management or similar field with a minimum of 5 years.
