About the Role
THE GATE GROUNDS is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales & Marketing Representative to promote our services for team-building events, fun day activities, park and chill experiences, and social gatherings. The role involves driving bookings, building strategic partnerships, and increasing attendance at events hosted at our grounds.
This position is ideal for an energetic individual with strong networking skills, particularly within the events and entertainment industry, including DJs, event planners, and corporate organizers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote THE GATE GROUNDS as a premier venue for team-building, fun day events, and park and chill experiences
- Identify and engage potential clients, including corporates, schools, and social groups
- Build and maintain relationships with DJs, event organizers, and other industry stakeholders
- Drive attendance and bookings for events hosted at the grounds
- Develop creative marketing strategies to increase visibility and footfall
- Meet and exceed sales and booking targets
- Provide regular updates and performance reports
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Events Management
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong network within the events/entertainment industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
