Job Description
Valley Hospital is a leading Level 4 hospital in Nakuru City offering both inpatient and outpatient services and is seeking to recruit a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Directors.
This role is essential in ensuring efficiency and coordination within the Executive Office by managing schedules, facilitating communication, organizing key activities, and providing administrative support. The Executive Assistant also plays a central role in coordinating hospital and healthcare liaison activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
College degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience supporting senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Understanding of executive office operations and hospital administrative procedures.
