Job Description:

Passionate about culinary excellence? We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team! As the Executive Chef, you'll craft high-quality, diverse menus tailored to our executive personnel's dietary needs and preferences. With at least 8 years of kitchen experience, you'll lead menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

•   Design and execute diverse, dietary-conscious menus for executive personnel.

•   Ensure highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

•   Collaborate with nutritionists for balanced, healthy menus.

•   Source high-quality, sustainable ingredients.

•   Manage kitchen operations, staff, inventory, and budget.

•   Implement strict health and safety protocols.

•   Provide personalized meal planning for special events.

•   Stay updated on culinary trends and dietary needs.

•   Train and mentor kitchen staff.

Requirements:

•   Minimum 8 years' experience, with leadership background.

•   Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent.

•   Proficient in international cuisines and dietary requirements.

•   Exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

•   Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

•   Creative with excellent communication skills.
