Role Description

The Experienced Exceptional IGCSE and IB Tutor will provide high-quality instruction and individualized support to students in line with their specific curriculum requirements. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing students for assessments. The role requires collaboration with learners to nurture their academic potential and ensure success in their studies. This is a full-time on-site position located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IGCSE, IB, A-Levels, and/or Edexcel curricula
• Proficiency in lesson planning, instruction, and providing personalized feedback
• Strong skills in assessing progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Relevant teaching experience; experience with international curricula preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or subject-specific field; advanced qualifications are an asset
• Commitment to student success and enthusiasm for teaching
