What We’re Looking For

We seek a highly experienced Structural Engineer with at least 8-10 years’ proven expertise in:

• Precision timber structure construction & fabrication
• Accurate site layout, leveling, and measurement
• Setting out and casting high-spec concrete pylons (shape, depth, spacing)
• Standard ground slab construction with proper reinforcement & curing
• Soil stabilization works (lime/red soil/clay/cement blends) and walkways
• Mastery of mixing ratios for soil stabilization and concrete batching
• Use of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Civil 3D & MS Project 
• On-site team coordination, progress tracking, and reporting

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead in:

    • Interpreting completed structural drawings, provide practical refinements, and oversee delivery of over 2,000 sqm of timber-framed structures on concrete pylons

    • Executing precise site setting out for more than 1,000 cylindrical concrete foundation pylons, ensuring dimensional and positional accuracy

    • Managing the construction of 0.5 km of stabilized soil walkways using specified lime/clay/cement techniques

    • Overseeing standard ground slab works, from leveling to steel fixing, placement, vibration, and curing

    • Driving work quality, finish standards, productivity, and cost control

    • Contributing to Bill of Quantities preparations and maintaining site records, manpower schedules, and progress reports for the Project Manager
