JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).Desirable competenciesStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAnalytical thinking and decision-makingBasic Financial and budgeting skillsKnowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standardsCrisis management and problem-solving capabilities
