- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Guide clients in selecting outfits and accessories suited to their needs
- Provide fitting assistance and styling advice
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Process payments accurately via POS systems (cash, card, mobile payments)
- Issue receipts and manage daily sales reconciliation
- Maintain proper sales records and prepare basic sales reports
- Arrange and display merchandise attractively to enhance customer experience
- Ensure mannequins and window displays are styled according to brand aesthetics
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
- Create basic content (photos/videos) for product promotion
- Engage with online customers and respond to inquiries promptly
- Support online order processing and delivery coordination
- Track stock levels and report low inventory
- Receive, tag, and arrange new stock
- Conduct periodic stock counts
- Prevent stock loss through proper handling and monitoring
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and secure
- Open and close the store as required
- Support delivery coordination and packaging of orders
- Assist the designer with day-to-day operational tasks
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Fashion, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail (fashion industry preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Experience managing social media business accounts
- Basic understanding of stock control procedures
- Mature, trustworthy, and well-presented
- Passion for fashion and styling
