Job Title: F&B Attendant

Reports To: Supervisor (Staff Accommodation)
General Purpose:
The F&B Attendant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of dining facilities. This position ensures that dining areas are consistently clean, organized, and ready for service, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for staff members. Working closely with waiters, supervisors, and
kitchen teams, the F&B Attendant helps maintain service flow, supports food delivery, and upholds Hotel’s standards of hospitality and hygiene.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Daily Operations
· Assist the Server to deliver trays and dishes.
· Clear and reset tables.
· Clean and tidy the dining equipment.
· Replenish supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
· Maintain inventory levels and collect stock when required.
· Store food, beverages and equipment carefully.
· Assist in setting up buffet lines, beverage stations, and casual dining outlets.
· Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and floors throughout shifts.
· Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor.
· Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
Guest Services
· Deliver high quality products and services to every team members.
· Greet team members in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner.
· Respond courteously to employee requests and assist in resolving minor concerns.
· Establish a rapport with team members and build good relationships.
· Inform management about team members’ comments.
Company and Department Responsibilities
· Interact with Department and Company employees, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
· Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
· Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times.
· Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
· Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible
Qualifications / Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a high volume, 5 star hotel or restaurant an advantage
· Secondary school or above
· Fluent in English
· Customer service orientated and good communication and interpersonal skills
· Physically fit, well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite
· Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment
· Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand
